DUOFANG and its 桑榆出海 product are committed to protecting the security and privacy of customer and user data. This policy applies to duofang-ai.com and related services.

当您通过官网表单联系我们时，我们会收集：姓名、公司、职位、手机 / 微信号、邮箱、所在行业、出海阶段及参展意向。

我们还会记录访问日志，包括 IP 地址和浏览器类型，用于安全审计和服务运营。

When you contact us via the website form, we collect: name, company, position, phone / WeChat, email, industry, overseas stage, and expo interest. We also log IP addresses and browser types for security auditing and service operations.

所有数据在传输过程中通过 TLS 1.3 加密；静态数据存储于受严格访问控制的安全云数据库（Cloudflare D1）。

我们定期进行安全审计，并遵循最小权限原则管理内部数据访问。员工仅在必要范围内接触客户数据，且访问行为均有记录可查。

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is stored in a secure cloud database (Cloudflare D1) with strict access controls. We conduct regular security audits and apply the principle of least privilege for internal data access.

Enterprise customer data is strictly isolated from one another. Each organization's data is independently partitioned at both storage and access layers. No organization can read or access another's data. Data isolation is a core architectural principle, not an afterthought.

We explicitly commit: none of your data — including contact information, business data, customer profiles, or conversation records — will be used to train any AI large language model (LLM) or any other machine learning model. Your data belongs to you and is used solely to provide you with our services.

Contact form data is used for business communication and demo scheduling, for internal DUOFANG use only. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor use it for any purpose beyond what you've consented to.
