访问或使用舵方科技（DUOFANG）及桑榆出海的服务，即表示您同意受本服务条款约束。如您不同意这些条款，请停止使用我们的服务。

By accessing or using DUOFANG and 桑榆出海 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

桑榆出海 is an operating system for overseas business growth, providing market discovery, buyer identification, personalized outreach, and follow-up management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services, and will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of major changes.

您同意仅将服务用于合法的商业目的，不得将服务用于任何违法、欺诈或侵权活动。

您对通过服务提交的所有内容和数据负责，并保证您有权使用和提供这些内容。

禁止行为包括但不限于：尝试破解或规避安全措施、批量采集数据、传播恶意软件，以及任何损害其他用户或第三方利益的行为。

You agree to use the services only for lawful business purposes and not for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activities. You are responsible for all content and data submitted through the service and warrant that you have the right to use and provide it.

舵方科技拥有服务中所有技术、设计和内容的知识产权。本条款不授予您任何超出正常使用范围的知识产权许可。

DUOFANG retains all intellectual property rights in the technology, design, and content of the services. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant DUOFANG a limited license to use it solely to provide the services.

服务按"现状"提供，我们不对服务的适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权作出任何明示或暗示的保证。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，舵方科技对因使用或无法使用服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害不承担责任。

The services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUOFANG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
